Ntl/Virgin Problem

Hi everyone.
                  Thank's for all your replies. I thought I'd let the thread go on a while, and see if thing's cleared up, before replying back. Well, since I first posted, everything has been running absolutely fine. It was good to get your view's on NTL, but since I've been with them, I've never had reason to fault them. (Except for the problem over a week ago) I have the feeling though, as time goes on, it will go downhill rather than up. Time will tell, so I'll keep my fingers crossed for now.

Hi all.
        I've been with NTL for year's, and NTL Broadband for almost a year and a half, and everything's been ok, untill recently. Since Virgin's came into the scene, I've had nothing but bother with TV channel's cutting off and on, and my PC having to close down, because of NTL Netguard problem's. It's nothing deadly, but it's so annoying, especially whe they dont even have the decency to apologise. How do other member's, who are with NTL feel. Are you having the same problem's.
